|仕事内容||- Assist corporate executive with Schedule management, setting up meetings, travel arrangements,expense claims, data management, acting paperwork, filing, and others. - Support Operations for Department: Sample management, Conducting accounting affairs, Coordination of Events for the department. Travel Arrangements, taking care of travelers. Help desk(general affairs) for the department, Conducting & supporting VIE & EXCHANGE. - Corresponding telephones, visitors, interoffice mails, couriers, and other general affairs such as arranging for drinking water services.|
|応募資格||- Event management, by collaborating with other assistants in different department.
- Understand surrounding situation well and judge things calmly.
- Pick up/ Understand meaning/purpose/needs of executives, colleagues and team members and conduct necessary work.
- Working experience in global environment - Working experience as Secretary or EA
- Able to deal with changes and to be flexible - Logical thinking - Very professional minded
|年収・給与||4.0 to 7.5 million yen, based on qualifications and experience|
