|仕事内容||■Lead and execute Customer Interaction Center alignment with Japan office which should be in line with Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicator
■Have consultation and proactive support to enhance customer touch point and car sales opportunity optimization
■Execute alignment of the Customer Interaction Center target picture and Central (Global) Initiative Activities while monitoring quality optimization of local customer experience by enhancing local Customer Interaction Center Operation Model
■Responsible for service provider search which fulfill local requirements
■Build strong relationships
|応募資格||■3～5 years of working experience in a similar role.
■Must be fluent in English (TOEIC 850 or above)
■Experience in conducting customer survey/analysis and reflecting its results to increase and gain customer loyalty.
■Experience in establishing and implementing scheme to provide premium experience to customers in luxury brands.
■Extensive understanding of local premium market.
■Strong communication skill to correspond to external counterparts and internal counterparts in overseas.
■Good understanding of customer life cycle management
■Proactive, self-starter, and Ability to work with minimal supervision
