Create annual marketing plan for Japan, working with the Sales Director and Global Marketing team.Develop marketing team personal skills, interaction with other departments and overall effectiveness.Provide direct reports with regular coaching and implement team building activities.Manage the team delivering a wide range of lead generation and market visibility programs.Achieve and report on annual and quarterly lead generation and visibility targets.
Control marketing budget planning, expenditure approval and reporting, working closely with finance team and sales management. Carry out regular budget reviews, analyze marketing program ROI and initiate regular vendor assessments.Attend annual marketing meeting USA and regional meetings within Asia/Pacific region.Lead GenerationManage CRM database, ensure records are up to date for customer segmentation and targeting. Expand database with new contacts focusing on priority vertical markets.

;Familiar with Strategic Marketing related best practices
;6-8 years experience in B2B high-tech marketing role with 2+ years of managerial experience
;2+ years of real experience of implementing lead generation activities in B2B high-tech industries
;Track record of implementing effective web marketing programs
;Experience of working closely with sales teams and channel partners
;Self-starter, able to think and act proactively and independently.
;Ability to work and enjoy a fast-paced environment
;Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work effectively and efficiently in cross functional team
