|仕事内容||◆Job Purpose Summary:
to grow Spine Product sales amount and its market share in Japan, and also contribution of the Biomet Japan business.
◆Essential Duties and Responsibilities：
・ Develop strategic plan forecast with supportive marketing and sales strategies.
・ Implement marketing plans to achieve the Department’s business objectives.
・Develop compelling customers advertising and effective promotion activities.
・ Identify new products ideas, line extensions and new business opportunities.
・ Coordinate and manage Japanese Key Opinion Medical Doctors to ensure delivery of the above strategies and plans.
・ Reviews product design inputs with teams, and conducts product design verification testing for compliance with regulatory standards, engineering principles, company procedures and policies, customer requirements, and related specifications.
・ Work with Global Team and local cross functional team to timely and successfully launch new products in core category.
Bachelors degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The following competencies are required for the position:
・Medical Device industry experience preferred in either sales or marketing position, preferably both experience is more favorable.
・Sincere interest in the medical devise business with the drive our marketing strategies.
・Self-starter requiring minimal supervision to accomplish assigned tasks.
・The ability to adapt to customer, organizational, business and external influences with integrity, immediate consideration and action to meet business objectives.
Business level English communication and presentation skill.
