|仕事内容||Provide HRBP support in a fast phased matrix structured organization. Both strategic and operational scope. + Manage annual performance reviews, compensation review, promotions, succession planning. + Transactional HR: Creating offers for lateral hires, coordinate on-boarding, package for expat transfers. + HR Project Management: Lead or participate in process improvement or change projects. + Support other HR functions for lateral recruiting, L&D, and global mobility. + Provide leadership to the HRBP team.|
|応募資格||+ Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, as Business Partner or Generalist.
+ Expertise of HR areas such as: employee relations, performance management, recruitment, compensation, policy development and organizational design.
+ Strong business acumen with a strategic and advisory perspective. Ability to understand business strategy and HR implications.
+ Finance industry experience preferred, but position is open to applicants from other industries. + Team management experience preferred but not required.
+ Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with fast phased and demanding internal clients. + Excellent interpersonal & partnering skills: Ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus. + Time-management and organizational skills: Ability to prioritize and juggle several projects while working under the pressure of tight deadlines
|年収・給与||12.0 to 25.0 million yen, based on qualifications and experience|
