|仕事内容||-Support project initiation by conducting high-level analysis and documenting the scope of the project to ensure the proper project launch: Capture the core business needs from the charter and clearly explain to IT stakeholders
-Develop and maintain high quality and thorough Business Requirement Document using standard Business Analysis methodology to manage the requirements
-Develop the strategy for each specific project to indicate how the Business Requirement Documents should be developed.
-Elicit requirements using Business Analysis techniques such as interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, and task and workflow analysis.
-Classify each requirement of its significance from business impact, risk, and regulatory perspectives.
-Analyze and prioritize the requirements and ensure bi-directional traceability with every requirement as it flows into design and testing phase properly.
-Compose and deliver the requirements including security / non-functional requirements with the artifacts such as: BRD, Swim Lane Process Diagrams, Use Cases, Screen and Interface designs.
-Ensure the requirements document encompasses End-to-End business processes across business units and divisions.
-Provide support to Business Users during UAT phase, track UAT status and ensure all UAT activities are carried out properly.
-Help business to validate that the solution meets the business requirement through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
-Be the liaison between business and IT for non-project inquiries and support requests to ensure the timely resolution of the inquiries.
|応募資格||-Deep understanding of core business processes across divisions
-Successfully delivered more than 3 projects of existing business models and processes as Business Analyst.
-Successfully delivered more than 1 complex project such as new technology project or business process engineering project as Business Analyst.
-Any industry experience is considered
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
-Excellent Communication skills with all levels of stakeholders
Experience as a Business Analyst.
