Design & Implement the Marketing Plan
* Develop the annual marketing plan including objectives and strategies by target customers/ channels, key focus products and product strategies and inform financial forecast for the annual planning cycle.
* Based on market, competitor and customer insight based on deep dive market analysis,
-Develop brand plan of strategic products
-Develop launch plan of new products
-Develop and implement key marketing programs/ tools
-Commence clinical projects for strategic products
-Launch new products with excellence
-Develop and manage KOLs in conjunction with sales team
-Explore opportunities to maximize the medico-marketing interface
* Translate brand objectives into sales metrics/ targets that guide sales plan execution
* In conjunction with BU head, develop the sales force call plan

【経験・経歴】
At least 8 years’ experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally in MNC and/or Generics.
Strong leadership experience.
A University degree in Science and /or degree in Business marketing and preferably some post graduate marketing qualification
