|仕事内容||-Rollout the global training program and locally independent trainings for reinforcement. -Sales training -Manage and enhance the performance management of all members to build up a high performance culture. -Org development thorough the succession planning and talent pool management. Come up with the additional development program for those who are ready now to the next step and drive the assessment center. -Drive the annual opinion survey and manage company-wide improvement actions for developing a strong culture. -Campus hiring & MBA hiring for the future talent pipeline as well|
|応募資格||-Management experience in HR including people management.
-Strategy designing and practical implementation plan setting.
-Logical thinking (both inductive and deductive approach) to come up with ideas or problem solving.
-Organizing ability, conflict management between stakeholders (especially sales dept. and executive management).
-Stick to get things done. Result oriented.
-Experience of working with executive management team.
-Business level English.
-Hands on, Multi-tasked and able to take wider responsibility
-Sales and/or Recruitment experience -Training/L&D experience
-Working experience at a Gaishi Firm -Able to define customer's needs
