|仕事内容||1. Processing end to end pay runs for salaried and hourly employees.
2. Pre- and post- payroll administration.
3. View and manage human resource data in PeopleSoft.
4. Coordinate the outsourced payroll vendors and social insurance consultants.
5. Liaison with partner departments such as HR, Accounting, Accounts Payable, and Tax.
6. Comply with SOX rules and regulations.
7. Prepare and reconcile GL entries for payroll related accounts
8. Handle social insurance tasks.
9. Produce timely responses to employee inquiries with excellent verbal and written skills.
10. Participate in Operational Excellence activities such as Kaizen/Green Belt.
11. Build and implement Standard Operational Procedures and processing workflows.
|応募資格||1. 5+ years of payroll experience with a large and fast paced environment in multinational companies/accounting firms.
2. Exceptional attention to details.
3. Solid working knowledge of MS Excel.
4. B.S or B.A. degree.
5. Japanese native or equivalent, and business level English communication skill.
6. Be hands-on and result oriented.
