|仕事内容||1. You will serve as a key point of contact and as a liaison between assigned accounts and the various departments within the company.
2. You will be responsible for working with clients to establish meaningful cadences for reporting and meetings.
3. You will assist with the contract renewal and revenue expansion of existing contracts.
4. You will project manage the activation and on-boarding of new services within your accounts.
5. You will help identify additional opportunities for products and services within your account base.
You will work in concert with field based Account Executives, Solutions Engineers and other members of the “account team” to meet and exceed your clients expectations.
6. You will be responsible for building and executing an account management plan for each of your accounts.
7. You will fully understand the business requirements of your accounts.
|応募資格||1. The ideal candidate should come from within the CDN industry and/or have 3 years of experience selling IT infrastructure solutions/services.
2. Experience with streaming or content delivery network services, digital marketing and interactive services, digital rights management, content management, web analytics, mobile content delivery or managed web hosting is highly desired.
3. Experience working with Fortune 1000 and large multi-divisional companies.
4. Strong sales skills and solid project management experience
5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple customers simultaneously.
6. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to communicate efficiently within all levels of an accounts’ organization as well as internally within the company.
