|仕事内容||*Create the annual marketing plan and product strategy to differentiate our product from the others in line with Corporate Objectives. *Achieve target for National Sales, profit and promotion efficiently (monthly basis) at 100% or above. *Implement Life Cycle Management basing on TA objective. *Operate sponsored programs without delay basing on the annual plan.|
|応募資格||*English TOEIC800 or above
*PC skills : Basic operation and standard software such as Word and Excel
*Administrative ability: implement multi task in same time utilizing multiple resources in most effective way.
*Timely decision making: make decisions promptly regardless tight schedule or pressure.
*Able to overcome difficulties with strong will and responsibility giving appropriate instructions to the others
*To make appropriate decision based on comprehensive point of view such as analysis, knowledge, experience and judgment.
*Smart organization: Understand critical policy, practice,procedure, organization and techniques to achieve goals via various net works.
*Plan a strategy and detailed plan based on a forecast
*Ability to motivate the staff.
*Able to solve problems with effective measure based on intensive investigation covering hidden issues and patterns by his/her superior analytical ability.
*MBA (preferable) *5-10 years of combined pharmaceutical sales or marketing experience *Experience as a team leader or product manager
*Creativity for presentation material: creation of effective presentation material using graphic software *Skill to collect/ analyze information *Able to negotiate smoothly with anybody regardless the situation and be able to obtain trust from the counterpart. *Ability to stay calm even under extreme stress and maintain proper process and his/her pace *A logical thinker
