A Call Centre Manager position is now available at an exciting warranty company.Responsibilities:
* Partner with external call centre provider
* Find operational issues related to reporting, management, and communication and develop resolution plans
* Provide input on long-term strategy to leadership
* Take part in calibration and coaching meetings
* Establish a positive and motivational work environment
* Oversee call centre agent hiring and training
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
* 5+ years of experience in a call centre environment
* 3+ years of management experience
* Expertise in call centre operations
* Project management skills
* Native level Japanese (JLPT N1); fluent level English
