Sr. Consultant will perform as an individual contributor on client engagement teams, working under the supervision of the Consulting Manager to develop work product, lead specific project initiatives, and act as a subject matter expert on consulting projects closely collaborating with the sales/solutions and any other business units globally.
The main responsibilities pre-sales, proposal estimation, contract review, project management, issue/risk management, optimizing client processes, participating in the go-to- market strategies and change management.
Lead and execute projects, delivering the best results to the client within the deadlines and budget.
Understand client needs and find the best solution within OUR Services capability to develop a suitable & strong proposal which can create a difference from competitors
Work with global life science professional services experts to leverage global resources to develop strong business
Manage assigned project margin and utilization
Post-graduate, 5+ years of work experience as a consultant with consulting firm/organization. Experience with big four companies is a plus.
Strong client engagement/expectation management.
5+ years of project management.
Excellent proposal writing and report writing skills.
Strong issue/risk management skills.
Native level in Japanese and fluent in English (speaking, listening, writing, and reading).
Excellent communication and people skills, with strong emphasis on team working.
Excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
Ability to support pre-sales activities.
Experience working in the global environment.
Working in the Sciences industry.
