A successful SaaS company is looking to hire an Inside Sales Manager.Responsibilities:
* Conduct hiring for the inside sales team in Japan
* See that on-boarding for new hires is effective and covers systems, account alignment, etc.
* Oversee the inside sales team to improve sales and meet KPIs
* Provide performance appraisals for all sales personnel and make plans to address under-performance
* Ensure on-time reporting
* Contribute input regarding sales incentive compensation programs
Requirements:
* Experience in direct sales management
* Skills to manage sales campaigns
* Experience with CRM tools
* Understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure
