【Jobs and Responsibilities】
（JGAAP）
❏ Develop accurate consolidated financial statements of group companies, and present them to the top management and relevant Functions
❏ Check business results reported by each subsidiary to see if the actual results conform to company policies/measures
❏ Communicate changes of accounting standards and taxation system to subsidiaries through seminars on consolidation and others, in order to assist them for proper accounting/tax handling processes
（USGAAP）
❏ Develop financial statements on a USGAAP basis
❏ Develop monthly report called Finpack, and send it to Wal－Mart HO
❏ Review USGAAP accounting process and draw up improvement measures
❏ Respond to change of USGAAP accounting standards
❏ Manage and develop Associates of Consolidation group, set performance targets, share them, and assist them to achieve the targets

【General requirements】
❏ Knowledge of trend of Japanese/U.S./international accounting standards, and new standards
❏ General knowledge of transactions of subsidiaries
❏ Knowledge of process of compiling budgets of subsidiaries including special factors
❏ Knowledge of company policies and measures （mid－term plan, budget, short－term measures, etc.）
❏ PC: Excel skill of a mid to advanced level
❏ Bookkeeping 2nd class or equivalent level
❏ Practical work experience of non－consolidated financial closing
❏ Minimum necessary communication skill in English
