A major international automotive group is searching for a Controlling professional.Responsibilities:
* Work with the reporting and group controlling teams to ensure optimal planning and controlling processes
* Oversee market projects and feasibility studies
* Act as the sales controlling representative in global projects
* Create and enhance controlling and steering methods
* Support digitalisation and automation projects
* Manage team interns
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in business studies or business administration
* Experience in management reporting
* Finance expertise
* Knowledge of actuals tracking and deviation analysis
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint
* Business level English (Japanese proficiency is a plus)
