* Recruit and train sales executives
* Maintain high levels of productivity to fulfil team and individual sales targets
* Ensure adherence to pricing guidelines
* Set sales goals
* Support negotiations
* Utilise product and industry expertise to optimise client benefits
Requirements:
* 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
* 5+ years of sales management experience
* Expertise in complex software relationship sales
* Effective negotiation skills
* Familiarity in pipeline development, strategic planning, account management, etc.
* Proven success in software sales
