A prominent restaurant franchise is in need of a Senior Manager to oversee food safety and quality.Responsibilities:
* Assess food labels, product naming, and descriptions for food and menu items
* Establish strong business relationships with internal departments to ensure effective communication regarding product naming and descriptions
* Update company website with accurate nutrition and allergen data
* Provide input on food safety and quality matters to boost brand reputation
* Manage social responsibility matters throughout the supply chain
* Develop strong business relationships with local health officers
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in nutrition, food science, biology, or chemistry
* 5+ years of experience in nutrition management for food service, food manufacturing, or compliance management
* Experience in project management
* Knowledge of the relevant technical principles
* Nutrition, legal, or food-related science qualification is a plus
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English
