A respected chemical manufacturing company is looking to hire a Technical Service Manager for the company's lubricant products. The position will oversee technical support for customers in Korea and Japan.
仕事内容
A respected chemical manufacturing company is looking to hire a Technical Service Manager for the company's lubricant products.
Responsibilities:

* Create and implement ideation operations
* Develop IP strategy to support company products
* Create the necessary technology and test processes
* Provide technical and technology input to support business development
* Communicate with customers to understanding consumer and market needs
* Gain information on competitor activity

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above
* 10+ years of technical service, technical marketing, or product development experience in the tribology sector
* Project and innovation management experience
* Expertise in tribology, additives, and industry technology
* Strong negotiation skills
* Written and spoken English proficiency
