Sollers Consulting is searching for a Software Developer who has high level proficiency in Java or Gosu to join their team.Responsibilities:
* Work in a consulting or an implementation team on IT projects for financial institutions
* Conduct business analysis, define functional requirements, and test developed solutions
* Prove yourself in different roles and tasks in an international environment
* Support coordination of agile projects
* Participate in Sollers' unique coaching system to help you smoothly become a part of the company
* Cooperate directly with client-side teams
* Utilise your language skills on daily basis
Requirements:
* High level coding skills in Java or Gosu, desire to learn Java or Gosu, or background experience in development in .NET, C# software
* Appreciation of high quality coding, ability to give and receive code reviews, and the skills to effectively utilize resources
* Familiarity with internet technologies and SQL language
* Ability discuss and challenge ideas of colleagues, including those of higher rank
* Desire for full-time employment
* Fluent level Japanese; business level English or above
