An international medical device manufacturer is searching for an Associate Director.Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create a detailed evidence generation plan
* Oversee planning and regular business discussions
* Coordinate relevant training
* Work with the relevant leaders and teams to develop the local integrated evidence generation framework
* Provide updates on the relevant frameworks and governance
* Ensure adherence to the relevant rules and regulations
Requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant experience
* Experience working in a matrix company
* Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, web tools, and reporting applications
* Strong understanding of the Japanese healthcare system
* Understanding of research-related regulatory and compliance matters is ideal
* Strong written and verbal English proficiency
