A multinational biotechnology company is looking to hire a CS Manager.Responsibilities:
* Define objectives for call centre's daily activities
* Use effective resource planning to ensure high human and technological resource productivity
* Track call centre statistics (sales rates, costs, etc.)
* Report relevant data to different departments or upper management
* Manage the assigned team and ensure a positive and high-performing environment
* Track the relevant budgets and expenses
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or experience
* 5+ years of experience in a project management, supervisory, or call centre operation position
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Expertise with Mainframe and SharePoint platforms
