A top technology company is searching for a Customer Quality Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Manage the customer quality problems solving process for Japan key customers
* Work with cross functional team to implement failure analysis, identify root causes, and generate corrective action plans
* Track key customer quality metrics
* Create quality improvement plans
* Establish a customer focus team to promote customer satisfaction
* Coordinate customer audits with factory quality organisation and cross-functional team
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or related
* 8+ years of working experience in a manufacturing, engineering, or quality function
* Product, process, or quality engineering experience
* Familiarity with the product design and manufacturing process
* Strong customer relationship building skills
* Good English communication proficiency
