* Track, report, and improve performance
* Boost customer satisfaction through optimising call response operations
* Track quotes and invoices
* Collaborate with the global manager to optimise systems
* Oversee employees
* Define budgets
Requirements:
* Experience managing a customer call centre
* Experience in technical support for a customer call centre
* Experience in service operations or in the medical industry is ideal
* Experience in optimising productivity and customer experience is a plus
* Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
* Communicative level English
