A prominent software company is in need of a Customer Success Manager.Responsibilities:
* Act as an expert for clients and give guidance
* Track the relevant performance data
* Provide input on new tools and features
* Ensure constant improvement of best practices
* Develop strong business relationships with key stakeholders and utilise them to drive account growth
* Work with client partners and customers to define an account strategy that fulfils customer needs
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above
* 7+ years of experience overseeing SaaS software solutions for enterprise client organisations
* Experience in consulting in an enterprise environment
* Proven leadership skills
* Strong knowledge of contact centre operations
* Written and verbal English proficiency
