A respected automotive components organisation is searching for a dynamic and results driven Product Application Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Oversee interface for customers in Japan
* Set and document required product features
* Conduct negotiations for technical requirements with OEM customers
* Complete required safety training, reporting and address unsafe practices as needed
* Organise technical reviews and deliverable submissions such as 3D data, drawings, etc.
* Oversee development and delivery of prototype products
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
* 3+ years of technical automotive experience
* Experience in developing and launching integrated electronic and mechanical devices
* Experience with DFMEA and PFMEA tools
* Ability and willingness to travel internationally is desired
* Fluent level Japanese and English proficiency (TOEIC 600+) is desired
