A successful insurance organisation is searching for a Customer Care Manager.Responsibilities:
* Support customer care for new products, amendment of laws and regulations, and various in-house projects, etc.
* Oversee telephone system including call flow modification as well as design
* Manage the establishment and amendment of operation processes and rules
* Conduct demand and capacity management
Requirements:
* 5+ years of financial industry experience
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Project management skills
* English communication proficiency is preferred
