Team leader of vehicle product management team
・Leading other team members (acting manager at given products, so negotiation with L3 level and with HQ necessary)
・Finding issues and making innovative and effective business process
・Negotiating to supplier and making the decision of contract for vehicle master creation (Task, Fee, Term etc.)
Launch management of various product vehicles
・Ordering Pre-production vehicles and Showroom car with E3 level consensus.
・Estimating the Option take-rate with CEO signature
・Managing the Launching team meeting
・Catalogue check
Product Planning of various product vehicles
・Requesting the best powertrain & line-up
・Proposing new product strategy and solution for various product issues to CEO.
・Calculating Price Premium
Lifecycle Management of various product vehicles
・Initiating the vehicle team meeting with Marketing, Controlling and Sales.
・Analyzing competitors and making the countermeasures with relevant colleagues
・Proposing product enhancement including price adjustment to achieve volume and price/premium target.

・Intermediate skills for PowerPoint, Excel and Word
