A large solar power company is looking to hire an Engineering Manager. In this role, you will act as the key point of contact with customers and provide technical assistance for the company's product line.
仕事内容
A large solar power company is looking to hire an Engineering Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the overseas R&D team to give technical assistance to customers
* Develop technical documents and customer presentations
* Work with the sales and development teams to fulfil technical requests
* Define specifications that adhere to market requirements
* Conduct benchmarking procedures to ensure technological innovation
* Handle customer issues and provide technical reports on the matter

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical engineering
* 3+ years of experience in technical support or parts design for a B2B industry
* Valid driver's license
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Business level Japanese, English, and Korean (French proficiency is a plus)
