Your new role
requires you to increase in value leading to renewal and potential for new business. Furthermore, not only you are to support the Sales Team with renewals, you also ought to also proactively identify and prioritize resources to risk, potential growth, strategic value and renewal timeframe. Cyber Security sales professionals, we need to talk!
What you'll need to succeed
* 6+ years of customer-facing organizations (previous Customer Success Manager, Account Exec/Account Manager or Sales Engineer experience)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented culture
* Excellent interpersonal skills and manage relationships at all levels of the company
* Creative thinker with the ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
* Native Japanese, business level English
