A leading global financial services firm is searching for a Digital Analytics Lead. The person chosen for the role will act as a key member of a cross-functional digital team and assist in assessing data, developing reports, etc.
仕事内容
A leading global financial services firm is searching for a Digital Analytics Lead.
Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with key business stakeholders to gain insight into business needs and provide solutions using the company's tools and data
* Develop understanding of digital operations
* Support the identification of issues in data capture strategy and provide insight on optimisation actions
* Identify underlying problems and changes in metrics and give suggestions for improvement
* Provide updates to key stakeholders on conversion metrics, KPIs, and progress
* Organise individual and group training

Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in the industry
* Digital proficiency
* Expertise in customer experience management tools and tag management tools
* Understanding of data visualisation software (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing technology and data (SEM, social media, SEO, etc.)
