Your new role
As Head of Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and Facility Management (FM) of both hard and soft services, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the company's Japan office in Tokyo as well as back-up office in another location outside Kanto. The role has no direct reports, but manages a team of on-site facility service staff provided by a global FM vendor. Reporting regional into a non-Japanese speaker and working close with internal clients/stakeholders in Japan.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 5-10yrs of Facilities Management and/or Corporate Real Estate experience at a senior level, ideally with an international company. People management/development and strong leadership skills are also essential. Experience in the finance sector is desirable. Experience of managing outsourced Facilities vendors is also required. Minimum of business level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
