A global professional services company is in need of a Supply Chain Assistant Manager.Responsibilities:
* Ensure effective logistics activities through various management activities (orders, inventory, schedule, vendor, etc.)
* Coordinate order shipments and inventory transfers
* Track purchasing order progress and delivery schedule
* Support the optimisation of work flow
* Liaise with the relevant stakeholders and vendors to drive proper warehousing processes
* Oversee daily inventory operations
Requirements:
* 8+ years of business and supply chain experience
* Experience in warehouse procedures and controls
* Strong understanding of ERP tools, common office applications, and database management
* Fluent level Japanese; business level written and spoken English
