－ensuring compliance with both local and international compliance requirements
－counterparty screening program for anti－bribery and corruption and exclusion of anti－social forces
－monitoring timely filing of statutory returns with the relevant authorities, compliance with applicable legal, financial and regulatory obligations
－obtaining annual/ad hoc compliance declarations on conflict of interest and statement of compliance
－reviewing company’s policies and procedures with respect to local law requirements
－arranging and imparting annual and ad hoc compliance trainings and resolve employee concerns regarding compliance matters
－internal audit exercise, coordinating on management responses and locally follow up on issues identified during internal audit
－conducting control self－assessments and monitoring the implementation of remedial measures
－conducting risk assessments, maintaining and updating the risk register locally
- 応募資格

- 必須

－At least 3 to 5 years proven experience in corporate secretarial/legal and compliance role.
－Good knowledge of applicable anti－bribery, anti－corruption and anti－social force regulations
－Good knowledge of Japanese corporate law and related filing requirements
－Excellent oral and written communication skills in Japanese and English
－Analytical ability with strong attention to detail
