A major pharmaceutical company is looking to hire an Internal Control Lead. The person selected for the role will collaborate with global colleagues to support daily operations of the company's SOX compliance program.
仕事内容
A major pharmaceutical company is looking to hire an Internal Control Lead.
Responsibilities:

* Support the development and implementation of communications and training procedures
* Utilise subject matter knowledge in the creation and execution of controls
* Collaborate with management and process owners to monitor and improve internal controls and documents
* Supervise the change management process
* Organise and manage testing procedures
* Develop strong business relationships with process owners in order to identify and minimise business risks

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree or above in accounting
* 3+ years of experience in public accounting and SOX compliance
* Expertise in SOX, COSO framework, IFRS, and PCAOB standards
* Written and spoken proficiency in Japanese and English
