A large advertising organisation is searching for a Business Development Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee sales performance in the Japanese market
* Execute market development strategies
* Find opportunities for business growth
* Set sales objectives and forecast expected sales volume and profits
* Keep sales volume and adjust selling activities according to the market situation
* Establish effective networks across business areas
Requirements:
* 5+ years of direct sales experience
* Experience working in an online environment
* Detailed understanding of eCommerce and advertising markets in APAC
* Understanding of performance marketing, programmatic buying, etc.
* Experience developing forecasts and sales plans
* Native level Japanese; fluent level English (C1 level)
