A cooking appliance organisation is searching for a Service ManagerResponsibilities:
* Make strategic plans for the service network
* Plan after-sales service operations to ensure high customer satisfaction and performance levels
* Track service quality and customer satisfaction
* Manage technically focused employees to high levels of performance
* Work with the team to manage and develop the network to the customer's expectations
* Manage the selection, training, development and auditing of the network
Requirements:
* Significant experience managing engineers and trainers
* Coaching skills
* IT skills
* Microsoft Office and SAP proficiency is a plus
* Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally
* Strong communication proficiency in Japanese and English
