An international consumer electronics company is looking for a QA/Customer Service professional with a tech/wireless devices background.Responsibilities:
* Own post-launch support for any products in Japan with customer satisfaction and timely response.
* Direct customer complaint handling and customer regular quality review
* Track and report post-launch quality issues and feedback from carriers, sales team, and other relevant sources
* Investigate reported issues locally, determine root causes and drive resolution with appropriate local resources
* Deliver accurate and clear information when investigating customer issues with headquarter resources
* Deliver customer requests, issues, information when communicate with headquarter, and optimize the answer, report from headquarter to satisfy customer expectations
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Scientific disciplines
* 3+ years' experience in technical support, product testing and/or quality assurance in the wireless industry
* Advanced knowledge and/or experience with PC hardware and software
* Advanced level verbal and written proficiency in Japanese
* Business level verbal and written proficiency in English
* Competency in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
