A global manufacturer of specialised materials is looking to hire a Customer Service Manager.Responsibilities:
* Supervise the customer service team and increase transition processes
* Take part in strategic and financial meetings
* Assist in the resolution of customer service and logistics issues
* Establish and provide troubleshooting support for the company's SAP system
* Collaborate with management to finalise order entry specifications
* Handle various audit procedures (custom, internal, external, etc.)
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent
* 10+ years of experience in logistics or customer service
* Proficiency in SAP software
* Basic understanding of the glass or similar market and products is a plus
* Strong project management skills
* Business level English
