- A global provider of robotic automation solutions is in need of a Senior Technical Support Engineer. In this position, you will work with various internal teams and key customers to execute and manage the company's ventures.

A global provider of robotic automation solutions is in need of a Senior Technical Support Engineer.Responsibilities:
* Handle and record end user requests and information
* Monitor and log the issue resolution process
* Gain understanding in old and new software features
* Perform software installation and upgrade processes
* Manage tests and beta versions of software and software fixes
* Resolve issues in order of importance and escalate when necessary
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in information technology, computer science, or related field
* Experience in enterprise technical support
* Understanding of Windows OS, Visual Studio, C#, IIS troubleshooting, Citrix, and virtual environments
* Basic understanding of Database, VB and Java scripting, and Microsoft Excel macros
* Basic understanding of Active Directory, Windows Servers (2012 and above), and Cluster
