This position is in charge of leading business growth of the brand portfolio in Japan market.The position develops and delivers strategy that can win in Japan market by leveraging deep understanding of the local consumer insight and the brand’s Global strategy with alignment of the Local, Regional and Global stakeholders. The position implements innovation and activation plan by leading and collaborating with Local and Regional cross-function team through engagement.
The position is responsible for developing direct report(s) as the future marketing leaders.
Needs minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Brand manager role or equivalent experience with strong achievement record.
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional members and developing subordinates as line manager.
Needs strong communication skill in both Japanese and English
