Job Duties
•Organize and manage the accounting of the company.
Report financials timely to support business lines performances
•Produce monthly, quarterly and annual financials to parent company
•Manage Japan GAAP basis financials and tax return with tax consultants
•Control treasury including, bank relations and cash management
•Budget planning
•Manage accruals and prepaid expenses to check GL accounts every month ends
•Manage outsourcing team in China and India
•Review vouchers, including travel expenses and vendor invoices
• Establish internal control and review processes
•Suggest changes or improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
•As Finance manager successor, supervise 2 accountants

Education
University degree in business, finance, accounting, or comparable educational certification

Experience
1. Experience with SAP
2. 5-10 years accounting experience both in Japanese and foreign companies
3. More than 5 years reporting experience which comply with Japan GAAP and IFRS at listed companies
4. Staff managing experience
5. Good knowledge of corporate tax, withholding and consumption tax
6. Treasury/Bank relation including electronically recorded monetary claims
7. Effectively manage to monthly, quarterly and annual report at listed companies

Desired qualifications
1. Japanese bookkeeping certification 2nd grade or more
2. Fluent Japanese and English
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Fact oriented and organized prioritization abilities
5. Computer literacy including advanced proficiency with MS Office and G suite
