A Project Manager position is now available at a European manufacturing company.Responsibilities:
* Work with customers to define the best condition for glazing processes
* Supervise and communicate with the development teams on customer terms
* Manage plant development costs
* Identify change management opportunities in order to optimise profitability
* Ensure proper transfer of technical data to plants
* Lead the assigned team to surpass goals
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science degree or above
* 5+ years of project management or product development lead experience in the automotive or similar B2B industry
* Technical background (mechanical, chemical, etc.)
* Strong technical understanding of glass and glazing modules production processes
* Knowledge of CAD applications (AutoCAD, IGES, etc.)
* Fluent level Japanese; written and verbal English proficiency (Chinese language proficiency is a plus)
