A large telecommunications company is in need of a Territory Account Manager.Responsibilities:
* Oversee accounts within assigned territory
* Organise activities between marketing, inside sales and the channel
* Utilise key internal specialists and organisations within the sales network to raise demand in assigned accounts
* Act as the customer's advocate and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
* Respond to issues and escalations in a timely manner
* Communicate the company's portfolio of offerings and how they meet the needs of the customer
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience
* 3+ years of relevant experience
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Business acumen
* Cold-calling ability
