A prominent home goods organisation is looking to hire a Purchaser.Responsibilities:
・ Oversee and secure the purchase process and ensure compliance
・ Develop long-term partnerships through the company's business model, trust, and transparency
・ Monitor supplier performance and challenge suppliers to constantly improve performance
・ Uphold the company's values
・ Maintain an understanding of goals and business priorities, in alignment with the company vision and values, and perform effective follow up
・ Perform and develop in assigned business and projects
Requirements:
・ Strong understanding of the industry and market conditions
・ Effective negotiation skills
・ Detailed understanding of the purchase and supplier development process
・ Leadership skill
・ Fluent level English (written and spoken)
