A food manufacturing organisation is looking to hire a Technical Service Manager. The candidate who enters this role will conduct technical support, new product development, laboratory management, and QA activities.
仕事内容
A food manufacturing organisation is looking to hire a Technical Service Manager.
Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement unique solutions to support and grow customers
* Give strong technical solutions in ingredient, formulation, processing procedures and processes optimisation
* Drive innovation in development of new ideas, new products or new product platforms
* Oversee proper equipment, environments and samples in the laboratory
* Stay up-to-date on food and technology trends
* Oversee the quality control aspects of raw materials, in-process and finished products.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a science related discipline
* 10+ years of successful experience in research and development in food ingredients or food manufacturing companies
* Good network of food manufacturers and ingredient suppliers
* Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability and willingness to travel
* Fluent level Japanese and English
