A multinational automotive components manufacturer is seeking an ADAS Skill Team Leader. The ideal candidate has a background in mechanical engineering and automotive systems development.
仕事内容
A multinational automotive components manufacturer is seeking an ADAS Skill Team Leader.
Responsibilities:

* Manage a team in terms of technological and disciplinary aspects
* Implement and supervise ADAS development projects
* Design the ADAS Engineering portfolio
* Conduct technical and methodological coaching to staff members
* Manage hiring of staff, disciplinary action and personnel development

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, mechatronic engineering, electrical engineering, telematics or control engineering
* 3+ years' experience in a technical leading position and the development of driver assistance systems, systems for environment sensing, sensor integration
* Knowledge in vehicle electronics, calibration, components and system integration
* Experience in personnel management
