The successful candidate will lead the project team to deliver the project to scope and specification on time within budget, coordinating and planning the project from start to finish and ensuring the key milestones and deliverables are met.

A global environmental services firm is searching for an EPC Project Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop the work plan and internal budget for projects
* Obtain the necessary permits and authorizations to enable construction to begin on time
* Lead and coordinate the engineering team, the construction team, and the support functions teams
* Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction while monitoring compliance with safety, specifications, and working regulations
* Ensure proper administration of subcontractor contracts and procurement orders
* Manage overall cost control and monitor project expenditures against project budget
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering and Project Management (PMP)
* Experience in EPC project management
* Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes, and equipment, as well as planning and budget control
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
* Verbal and written proficiency in both English and Japanese
