An award-winning advertising agency is searching for a Community Manager.Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement social media content strategy and copywriting outputs
* Track social media content performance and community engagement
* Ensure strong understanding of social trends and relevant discourse
* Attend events as needed
* Provide input on social media content during brainstorming meetings
* Ensure comprehensive performance tracking and reporting when issues are present
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or above in communications, PR, marketing, social sciences, or related industries
* Proven experience in developing creative ideas and copywriting
* Understanding of social media platforms
* Experience in crisis management
* Photography and graphic design skills are ideal
* Fluent level English and Japanese
