仕事内容: • Management of all treasury activities for fast growing business in Japan to support the business growth – relationship management of domestic and international financial institutions, debt financing, cash and liquidity management, long-term cash flow forecasting, letters of credit and debt management
• Develop a financing strategy as well as drive and execute the financing programs including security deposit and CAPEX financing through the close communication with financial institutions
• Manage relationship with the JV partner and collaborate on the financing efforts as needed
• Support global cash forecasting and liquidity management
• Monitor accounts daily, oversee payment processing, and execute treasury paymentsUphold global treasury processes for operational efficiency & compliance, including rolling out the regionalization of treasury operations
• Perform modeling to analyze financial structures, evaluate/monitor risks, and ad hoc projects

応募資格

必須: • 10~15 years of experience working in Treasury, Banking, or Corporate Finance. Structured Finance expertise is plus.
• Strong work ethic and ownership mentality
• Strong influential leadership to drive others towards execution
• Ability to be self-sufficient and proactive, with limited direct supervision
• Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects under the tight time pressure, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbility to work in a collaborative manner with other functional teams
• Ability to manage direct report(s) and coach for their personal and professional development

歓迎: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and TMS systems, Online bank platforms
• Language skills: Native level and business level in Japanese and English, respectively
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or economics.
• MBA of CFA is plus
